Account recovery

Each case was handled for the account’s rightful owner (or their agency). I reviewed the case and remaining access, then worked through Meta’s official recovery and support routes with the owner.

Case 06 · Facebook · 2FA lockout

Locked out of Facebook by two-factor login

Problem: Facebook asked for a 6-digit code from an authenticator app, and the owner was no longer getting codes.
Outcome: Signed in to Facebook again, with the home feed and full account menu available.

Case 04 · Instagram · Hacked

Hacked Instagram, contact details changed

Problem: A hacker took over the account and changed the phone number and email to their own, leaving the owner with no access.
Outcome: The main profile and a linked business profile were back online.

Case 13 · Facebook · Business assets

Locked out of an account holding business assets

Problem: Someone managing a client’s account got in touch: logging in had become impossible, and the account held all the commercial assets for the client’s Instagram page.
Outcome: Signed in to Facebook again, with Messenger and posting tools available.

Stuck in an Instagram two-factor loop

Problem: The owner had turned two-factor authentication off, but the login screen still asked for a code from an authenticator that was no longer connected.
Outcome: Back into the account, with posts and followers in place.

Business Instagram locked behind two-factor login

Problem: The owner of a business Instagram account was locked out at the two-factor code step.
Outcome: Signed in to the business account, with the professional dashboard available and posts and followers in place.

Facebook locked behind two-factor login

Problem: The owner no longer had access to their two-factor authentication app and didn’t have the recovery codes.
Outcome: Signed in to Facebook again, with inbox and notifications available.

Case 01 · Facebook · Historical

Hacked and disabled Facebook account

Problem: “My Facebook got hacked and Facebook took my account away and they don’t give me the option to recover.” The account had then been disabled, and the owner was still inside Meta’s 30-day window to request a review.
Outcome: Meta support confirmed the resolution, and the Facebook profile was visible again.

A consistent, premium beauty presence with short-form video

Client: Soraya Bloom, a beauty and skincare brand with a clean, premium visual identity
Service: Short-form video editing for social media, mainly Instagram Reels
Challenge: Keeping reels consistent with the brand’s premium look across many posts, structured for clarity and engagement, and natural rather than overly promotional, while keeping post-production efficient for regular posting.
What was done: Roicket edited raw footage into clean, cohesive videos, with smooth pacing, subtle transitions and clean visual emphasis instead of heavy effects. The brand shared footage and creative direction; Roicket handled editing from first cut to final delivery.
Outcome: Videos became more consistent, polished and visually aligned. Revisions were minimal once the style was set, so the brand could keep a steady posting schedule.
