Who I am

This is the personal website of Kausar Rony, an independent Meta account recovery specialist and Founder & CEO of Roicket Agency. I am not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. If you have a question about this policy, message me on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab) or LinkedIn (opens in a new tab).

What this website collects

• No forms and no accounts. You can’t type personal details into this site. To contact me, you leave the site for WhatsApp or LinkedIn.
• No analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. The site doesn’t use Google Analytics, a Meta Pixel or any similar tool, and it doesn’t set cookies. Fonts and videos are served from this site, not from Google or YouTube.
• One short-lived browser note. If you click “Request a Recovery Review” on the page-not-found screen, your browser briefly remembers that click so the homepage can open the recovery contact options. It holds only the time of the click, never leaves your device and is deleted as soon as the homepage reads it.
• Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

When you message me

WhatsApp is run by Meta and LinkedIn by LinkedIn Corporation. Their own privacy policies cover how they handle your messages. I see what those apps show me: your name, your phone number or profile, and whatever you choose to send.

I use your messages only to understand your enquiry, reply to you and, if we agree to work together, do that work. I don’t sell your information, add you to mailing lists or use it for advertising.

What not to send

Do not send passwords, 2FA or backup codes, or ID documents in your first message. A short description of what happened and what access you still have is enough for a first review.

Recovery work goes only through Meta’s official recovery and support routes. If a case later needs anything sensitive, I’ll explain why it’s needed and how it will be used before you share it.

Who sees your messages

I do. Depending on the scope of the work, members of the Roicket Agency team may support execution and see the details they need for that part of the work.

Case studies

Past cases appear on this site only with client details masked: names, usernames, contact details, profile photos, and follower, post and view counts are masked or blurred.

Keeping and deleting

I keep enquiry details only as long as I need them for your enquiry, our work together and basic records. You can ask me to delete your messages and details at any time on WhatsApp or LinkedIn. Copies held by WhatsApp or LinkedIn are controlled by those services.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
